  Red Letter Services
Red Letter Services are as diverse as the agencies and clients who come to me with needs to improve their services and create a sustainable funding base for growth and sustainability. However, the bulk of services I provide fall into one of four general categories:
Strategic Agency Planning & Capacity Building: I can produce strategic growth and staffing plans for your agency, including an assessment of your agency's ability to pursue and administer large state and Federally funded projects. I have produced strategic plans for regional funders, intermediaries, colleges, and large non-profit agencies.
Project Planning and Implementation : I have led the planning and implementation of dozens of large, multi-agency workforce development and educational projects. Many of these are multi-million dollar initiatives with stakeholders that include regional funders, colleges, workforce agencies, public agencies, school districts, community organizations, and community residents.
Community & Collaborative Planning: I have extensive experience building and helping lead community and service collaboratives around comprehensive community initiatives. In fact much of my grant work involves specifically this kind of community and collaborative building and integration. I specialize in bringing together diverse stakeholders around key community needs to help them craft common solutions for funding and further development.

Grant Planning and Development: Over the last 10 years, I have worked with educational, county, municipal, and non-profit to agencies produce dozens of Federal, State, and Foundation funding proposals. With a success rate around 80% on proposal development, I have the capacity to completely lead the planning and development of your initiative as well as lead the writing and packaging of the final grant. Funding Sources & Policy Experience

Evaluation: As a small firm, Red Letter does not do large evaluation projects, however I do assist clients with evaluation of Red Letter led projects, including development of data collection instruments, evaluation protocols, and preparation of reports for Federal and State funded projects. I also assist clients in grant projects with the creation of evaluation plans and can help find an appropriate evaluation partner for substantial projects.
